We chose the Kimpton because it's a nice boutique hotel and fairly close to both venues. Friday, May 22 is at McMenamins Kennedy School (same as 2024), and Saturday, May 23 is at Revolution Hall (same as 2025).

Important Note on Fees: The booking page shows a $27 daily amenity fee, but this will be fully waived for our group. The hotel cannot remove the language from the link, so you'll see it during booking. Rest assured — you will not be charged the fee. It will be removed before check-in.

When you book, you'll pre-authorize the $135 nightly rate + applicable taxes. The amenity fee is handled separately on their end.

The booking link is date-sensitive and only allows reservations for our contracted block. If you need extra nights before or after May 21–24 (three nights), contact us and we’ll work with the Kimpton to try to accommodate it.
